Postal Strike Information

Deliveries during the Postal Strikes.

Two 48-hour strikes are planned. The first will begin at lunchtime on Thursday 4th October and ends at lunchtime on Saturday 6th October. The second will begin in the early hours of Monday 8th October, ending in the early hours of Wednesday 10th October.

As such, this will effectively preclude all normal mail delivery, hence we will be shipping all next day orders using Couriers. Furthermore, to allow people to order goods and receive them during the strike, we have also lowered the standard next day delivery charge to Â£3.49

Luckily, unlike some of our competitors, especially those in the Channel Islands, we are not reliant on Royal Mail for our deliveries.
