Micro SD / Transflash cards are an ultra compact flash memory product, mostly used in mobile phones. Hence performance may be a factor in the design especially if you are taking photos or recording movies. So do our speed tests show that high speed Micro SD cards are a worthwhile investment? Well yes they do since the fastest Micro SD card has nearly twice the write speed of the slowest card, and that will make the devices much more useable. The balance is of course that a high speed Micro SD / Transflash card cost more than a standard card, but at least with the Micro SD speed tests below, you can make the decision on which to choose yourself.
