Memory Sticks, from Sony, Sandisk and Lexar

General Information
Sandisk, Lexar and Sony Memory Sticks.

Sandisk, Lexar and Sony Memory Sticks.

Memory Stick / Pro, developed by Sony specifically for their cameras but now used by other devices and manufacturers. There are two smaller versions, MS Duo and MS Micro, the latter being very new for the latest generation of mobile phones etc. Please note, older devices may only support Memory Sticks maximum 128Mb and not the Pro verison which is 128 and above. People tend confuse to Memory Sticks with Flash drives, which plug into a computer USB port. Available in capacities up to 4Gb.
JTF - Just The Facts Not much to say about Memory sticks, a very controlled design, never seen any compatibility problems between brands (we understand they are all made in the same factory).
